Mijatovic is currently working on his dissertation under Prof. Dr. M. Rehbinder on the topic of "creativity˜ in copyright law, in which he analyzes how copyright laws repress or encourage creativity and which insights from creativity research can be transcribed into the concrete application of copyright law.
